This is a one-time payment service designed to save time and minimize errors during backend development. Before purchasing, we recommend using the free trial to evaluate the service. Refunds are granted under specific conditions, as outlined in this policy.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free trial that allows users to generate Express.js backends up to 3 times for free. Refunds do not apply to services accessed during the free trial. Please ensure the service meets your expectations during this trial period before purchasing the unlimited version.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • The service was not delivered or accessible as promised due to an error on our part.
  • The service was materially different from what was advertised or failed to function as described.
  • Any billing errors, such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts.

Please note: Refunds will not be granted for a change of mind, dissatisfaction after full use, or misuse of the platform.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

The following situations are non-refundable:

  • Full access to the "unlimited" tier has been granted and used.
  • Services accessed beyond the free trial.
  • Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date.

5. Fraud Prevention and Misuse

Refunds may be denied if fraudulent activity, misuse, or abuse of the service is detected. We reserve the right to review your account and deny any refund requests if suspicious activity is found.

All payments processed via PayU are subject to PayU’s terms and conditions. By completing a payment, you agree to PayU's policies for payment disputes and transaction handling. Any payment gateway fees may be non-refundable.
